Include the right details
- Payments and membership: the email you signed in with and your Solana transaction signature.
- Corrections to research: the brief, the figure or claim, and your source. Confirmed corrections are noted on the brief.
- Privacy requests: use the subject "Privacy request". We respond within one month.
- Cancelling a membership within 14 days (EU): the email you signed in with and your transaction signature.
We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and we never send payment requests by direct message. If someone does, it is not us.
